Dantzler and Feaser Commit

May 12, 2005 - Columbia University announced that Winter Haven HS and HCU player Liz Dantzler will be playing soccer for the Lions.  Dantzler was one of the first recruits identified by the coaching staff and she was the first in this class to commit to Columbia. "We believe she was one of best players in all of Florida," said McCarthy. "She is an excellent two-way midfielder."

Jacksonville University announced that Aine Feaser will join the team. Feaser is an Alonso High School product, earned First-Team All-Western Conference honors as a goalkeeper in 2004 and was also selected to play in the Hillsboro-Pinellas All-Star Game. Her Clearwater Chargers club team is currently competing in the Florida State Cup.
