Tricia Townsend Signs With the Gators

February 1, 2006 - Tricia Townsend has signed to play with the University of Florida. Last year, she led the Gulf Coast Sharks to a Class 5A District 13 title and a berth in the Class 5A Region 4 semifinals. This season, she led Gulf Coast to a Class 5A District 15 runner-up finish and the Class 5A Region 4 quarterfinals.
