Kendall Soccer Coalition reach U-14 Girls Finals.

The Kendall SC U-14 Girls reached the Super Y-League finals for the second year in a row.

After a slow start, with two ties in the first two games and only scoring 6 goals in the first 4 games. The Kendall girls found themselves and proceeded to win their last 7 games in a row, scoring 23 goals in the last 5 games, finishing the season with a record of 7 - 0 - 2, with 29 goals for and only 2 against.

The offense was led by Jasmine Patterson who had and outstanding showing at the National 94' ID camp, Scarlett Montoya and Jessica Clark went on a tear scoring multiple goals in the last 5 games, showing the offensive power that the team possesses .

The mid-field with Barbara Murillo, Nicole Zamora, Cerene Arsenault, Alixandria Fiore, Laura Piedrahita, Helenna Hercigonja, Roxana Pita-Romero also contributed with not only scoring but with many assists, while controlling the middle of the field.

In the back the defense was fearless and relentless allowing only two goals in 9 games. With Dasha Munoz, Alexia Clark, Jennifer Chaparro, speedster Heather Williams and guided by captain Katrina Seidenthal. While keeper Kelley Struyf was amazing with spectacular saves all season, and back up keeper Vanessa Angel contributed as well, in keeping the team from getting scored on.

Coach Marcelo Valdivia was very happy with the teams return to the Y-League National, he said "We have worked very hard this year to achieve these results, and the girls are looking forward to a successful Super Y-League Finals".
