Women's Soccer Adds Broward Player of the Year

The women's soccer recruiting class, which was previously ranked third in the Sun Belt Conference by Soccer Buzz, received a huge boost when head coach Thomas Chestnutt announced that April Perry will be coming to University Park for the Fall season.



Perry, a two-time All-Broward 6A-5A First Team selection, was recently named the Broward County Player of the Year.



Her junior season at Hollywood Hills, Perry netted an impressive 33 goals and assisted on 20 scores. The midfielder followed that with an even more prolific senior campaign, leading all All-Broward First Team selections with 46 goals, while dishing out 20 assists.
