Rodrigues Represents UCF in Brazil’s U-19 Women’s Soccer Team Camp
Sophomore midfielder had four points in 13 matches as a freshman in
2008.

ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) – While the UCF women’s soccer team is
getting closer to preseason conditioning getting underway, sophomore
Andrea Rodrigues is spending her time in Brazil’s Under-19 National Team
Camp. The graduate of St. Petersburg High School has joined the team and
will compete from June 22-July 4 as it prepares for the South America
U-20 Tournament in Colombia next year.
Rodrigues suited up for the Knights in 13 matches as a freshman last
season, scoring one goal and adding two assists for four points. The
midfielder placed four of her six shots on goal to help UCF post a
14-6-3 record and reach the NCAA Tournament Second Round.
The Black and Gold will report in early August for the 2009 campaign.
