2006-2007 Summary (2/27/07)
The u11s had a terrific season so far in FLUGSA. The team made it to the
championship game in the FLUGSA playoffs and finished in third place (out of 13
teams) in the regular season. The team only has eight age-appropriate players,
and suffered through injuries to two of the team's key players that lasted for
over 8-weeks, but has managed to battle through this adversity and continue to
amaze anyone who watches them. The girls also made it to the finals of the Gator
Showcase. With all the excitement and buzz around this
team, the girls are looking forward to adding a few new players so that the
girls can take a big step forward and advance next year once again.

2005-2006 Summary
The u11 team completed their first season of travel soccer
this year. We worked on development of skills, intelligent decision-making,
speed of play, teamwork, trust and friendship. This is a team that is focusing
on getting better every time they take the field, whether for practice or a
game. The
team's goal this season is to improve on individual skills and to develop as a
competitive team.
The girls had a solid year in their initial season in FLUGSA finishing with a
6-2 record. The girls were finalists at the 2005 Weston
Invitational and finished in second place in their group at the Gator
Showcase in February of this year.
